Ms. Marcus-Bey has over 20 years of industry experience appointed as a member of the Council in September 2013 to work with administrators’ of the graduate program to ensure learning opportunities are identified and delivered to the next generation of library professions. Activities include curriculum development, mentoring, and training opportunities. She was Invited to join as a member of the Museum’s African Advisory Committee in June 2014 in order to work with the Museum for the purpose of identifying resources to promote awareness of African American’s in the fine arts through museum programing, lectures, community programing, mentoring, training, and curatorial activities.
Ms. Marcus-Bey has a Master of Library Science (MLS) and Master of Public Administration degrees. Ms. Marcus-Bey served as Executive Director for a small independent school district library system in East Cleveland, Ohio.

Ms. Wright-Bey was formerly President of The Motherload Transportation Services, starting in November 2012. As President, Ms. Wright-Bey was responsible for Operations Management, Executive Presentation, Strategic Planning, Business Development, Proposal Development, Budget Development Management, Team Building, training, and Leadership. Ms. Wright-Bey has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics degree and an associate in computer science. Programming degree with a proven performance as a Healthcare Consultant for well over 25 years. Ms. Wright-Bey has designed and developed customized applications, software installation, and coordination of data migration from legacy systems. Ms. Wright-Bey’s exceptional problem-solving skills with strong customer orientation that encompasses providing application support and training to end-users has placed her as one of the leading Information Technology specialists and featured in the African-American Career World Magazine Winter/Spring edition 2010.

Mr. Turner brings over 30 years of Library Innovative Technology experience and leadership to LJW IT Services. To capitalize on Mr. Turner’s pertinent experience and expert skills of team building, strategy development, and technical judgement, LJW IT Services expanded the Executive Team and corporate service offerings to now include Advanced Technology. Mr. Turner has a Business Management degree and leads Advanced Technology to focus on providing solutions, strategy, innovation, and services to LJW IT Services.
